Get paid to do what you're already good at — set the appointment.
We work with experienced phone professionals who set qualified real estate appointments on a per-appointment basis. No hourly rates. No quotas in the traditional sense. You're paid for outcomes.
Built for professionals, not high-volume call centers.
$100 per qualified attended appointment. Strong originators average $4,000–$8,000 per month working part-time hours. Your earnings reflect the quality of your work, not the clock.
You'll speak with people considering one of the largest decisions of their lives — buying or selling a home. The conversations are substantive, the prospects are motivated, and the qualifying criteria are clearly defined.
Confirmation cycles, calendar logistics, and routine follow-up are handled by our systems. Your time is reserved for the conversations that matter — the ones that lead to qualified meetings.
From application to first appointment in a week.
A short application below. We'll follow up by email to request your resume and a brief voice intro before scheduling an audition.
A scheduled mock call with our team lead. You'll handle a few standard objections from a real estate prospect. The goal is to understand how you think on your feet — not to catch you off guard.
A focused day of training covering real estate fundamentals, our 5-criteria qualification spec, our calling tools, and our dashboard. By the end, you're certified to take live campaigns.
You're assigned to a brokerage campaign. Most originators set their first booked appointment within the first week. Compensation is delivered the moment the agent confirms the meeting was qualified.
A typical day on a campaign
- Calling leads from a brokerage's CRM, fresh inquiries, or live sources like Zillow and Facebook
- Qualifying prospects across our 5 published criteria — timeline, motivation, financing, decision-makers, and fit
- Booking appointments directly into the agent's calendar
- Logging the conversation — every dial is recorded and transcribed automatically
- Receiving payment the moment the agent confirms the meeting was qualified
The kind of originator who thrives here
- Strong phone presence and conversational confidence
- Genuine interest in real estate or the people involved in it
- Comfort with feedback and a willingness to refine your approach
- US-based, with native or near-native English fluency
- Reliable internet and a quiet space to take calls
- Helpful: prior experience in real estate, mortgage, ISA work, or call centers

The questions applicants ask first.
Compensation is $100 per qualified attended appointment. Strong originators typically earn between $4,000 and $8,000 per month at 20–30 hours per week. There's no cap — your earnings reflect your output.
1099 independent contractor. You'll be responsible for your own taxes. We provide all the tools you need — dialer, lead lists, AI-assisted follow-up, and the dashboard.
You set your own schedule. Most originators work between 4 and 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. The expectation is consistency and quality on the calls you take, not a strict hourly minimum.
It's helpful, but not required. We provide training on real estate fundamentals, our qualification spec, and the conversation flows that have proven successful. What matters most is phone presence and a willingness to learn.
Yes. We're not exclusive. As long as you're meeting your committed hours and producing for our campaigns, your time outside of that is yours.
After each meeting runs, the brokerage's agent reviews it and confirms whether the prospect met our 5 published criteria. You're paid the moment they confirm — typically within 24 hours of the meeting. Disputes are resolved by reviewing the call recording.
